Undyed Cotton Linen Peshtemal – Handwoven, Soft & Textured (T5)

This undyed cotton–linen peshtemal is woven on traditional hand looms using a blend of 60% cotton and 40% linen yarns. Its lightly gauzy and naturally crinkled texture gives it a soft, breathable feel that becomes even more comfortable with use.

Measuring approximately 85 × 190 cm and weighing between 300–330 grams, this peshtemal offers a balanced drape that works well both as a functional textile and a versatile everyday piece. Due to its handwoven nature, slight variations in size and weight (±5%) may occur, which are a natural part of the fabric’s character.

Left completely undyed and untreated, this peshtemal can be used as-is or dyed with natural and plant-based dyes. It is suitable for use as a towel, light throw, scarf, or shawl, and also serves as an excellent base for natural dyeing projects.

Produced in small batches on hand looms, this piece reflects a slower, more mindful approach to textile making—simple, natural, and long-lasting.
